A very warm welcome to our family-owned and operated bed & breakfast, located between the North Shropshire market towns of Market Drayton and Newport. Our 17th century farm house is set in its own beautiful gardens surrounded by farmland on the edge of the small village of Sambrook.

Our accomodation comprises an en-suite double room, an en-suite family room and a twin room with a private bathroom. Each of the rooms has tea and coffee making facilities, a television with freeview channels and free WiFi access. All of our bedrooms offer beautiful views over our gardens and surrounding countryside. With nature so close, you can wake to the sound of birdsong or see foxes or deer in the adjoining fields.

After a sound night's sleep, you can sit in our conservatory and enjoy a full English beakfast overlooking the garden. Vegetarian options are available and we are happy to cater for specific dietary requirements. Where possible, all produce is locally sourced.

Our guests have full use of the sitting room and conservatory during their stay with us and are welcome to relax in our gardens or stroll down through the fields to the river.

For a meal or drink in the evening, you could visit the 3 Horse Shoes pub which is just a few minutes walk away or if you are happy to travel further afield, there is an array of pubs and restaurants in nearby local villages.

Our prices are £40 per person per night or £35 per person if staying for 3 nights or more.
