Churn Cottage

Parking & Arrival 

• There is parking outside the cottage for up to 3 cars, parking is on a level stoned area
• A 122cm wide x 380cm long, paved path leads up to the cottage entrance, this has a slight upward gradient
• An automatic light with sensor lights up the path & front door
• The car park is lit at night

The cottage

• The front door is 106 cm wide with a 8cm ramped threshold
• The front door leads into clearspace in the living room
• To the right there is a 98cm wide enterance into the living room and to the left a 98cm wide corridor leading to the two bedrooms and the wetroom bathroom.

Living room

• Total floor space of 335cm x 512cm  
• A wooden floor with sofa and easy chairs with arm rests
• Television with remote and teletext
• Double fully opening doors at one end with a door threshold of 6cm ,which open out on to a flat paved patio area, the grassed area slopes down & around from the patio

Kitchen/diner

• Total floor space of 473cm x 229cm (135cm at the narrowest point)
• ceramic tile floor
• Dining table 74cm high with 4 padded chairs with no arm rests at one end
• laminate work surface 90cm high
• electric built in cooker with side opening door (handle on right), the oven base is 62cm from the floor and the top is 120cm
• Electric hob in work surface 90cm high with twist controls on the right
• Built in microwave on top of electric oven 122cm and 160cm from the floor (bottom to top)
• 50/50 fridge freezer
• Kitchen sink has mixer tap with lever handles
• toaster & cordless kettle provided
• Under unit & wall cupboard storage space

A microwave can be provided at a lower level & also plates & cups etc if required
